Microsoft Word 2010 : Starting the Mail Merge

2/27/2015 8:57:22 PM
Did you ever send the same letter to several people and you spent the changing personal information much of time, such as names and addresses? If so, the standard letters will save you time. Fusion and mass mailing are the process to combine names and address stored in a data file with a master document (usually a standard letter) to produce the documents adapted to the customer requirements. There are four principal stages with the amalgamation. Initially, choose the document which you want to employ. In the second place, create a data file with variable information. Thirdly, create the master document with the boilerplate (invariable information) and amalgamate the fields. In conclusion, amalgamate the master document with the point of emission of data to create a new document with all amalgamated information. When you begin fusion and mass mailing, you must open the letter which you want with fusion and mass mailing or the type one. You do not worry to write the address of the letter or adding a line of greeting, you can achieve that with the magician of fusion and mass mailing.
