Caution
When you type the email address of a contact, be sure you standard he correctly. An incorrect address prevents your messages from being sent successfully. Take the time to reverify your orthography of an email address. You can, naturally, change it later, but it is the best to ensure itself than it is correct now.
Tip
If the contact already exists in your Contacts folder, Outlook asks
whether you want to update the information in the existing contact with
the new information.
Tip
If you want to keep the Inbox open and also open Contacts,
right-click Contacts on the Navigation Pane and choose Open in New
Window.
Tip
To make sure that Outlook can dial the phone number for a contact, type phone numbers as numbers; don’t use acronyms or letters.
